Next Meeting - Solito City Homes - BUDGET Meeting & AGM

The next committee meeting has been set for Tuesday 6th March 2012 at 6:00pm in the Media Room. This will be the Budget Meeting for the AGM.  Any Lot owners wishing to attend MUST  NOTIFY  Solito City Homes : SSKB OR on-site managers at least 24hrs prior.

Solito City Homes -  AGM

The AGM has been set for Tuesday 17 April 2012 at 6:00pm in the Media Room. This will be the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING.  ALL Lot owners are ivnvited and encourage to attend to ensure numbers are sufficient to enable the meeting to proceed. There is no need to advise of your attendance.

Next Meeting - Solito Central Tower

The next full comittee meeting has been set for 9th of JANUARY at 10:00am in the Media Room.  Any Lot owners wishing to attend MUST  NOTIFY  Ernst Body Corporate OR the on-site managers at least 24hrs prior.

Next Meeting - North Tower

The next full comittee meeting has been set for 3rd of NOVEMBER at 8:00am in the Media Room. Any Lot owners wishing to attend MUST  NOTIFY  Ernst Body Corporate OR the on-site managers at least 24hrs prior.

South Tower - EGM and COMMITTEE NOMINATIONS  in January.

Due to the change in the Body Corporate financial year, EBCM are calling an EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING for the 19 January 2012 to approve the next Levy Payment.  ALL OWNERS REQUESTED to attend or send in their Voting Papers to ensure the Meeting can proceed.

The next full comittee meeting has been set for Wednesday 21 March 2012 at 10:00am in the Media Room. This meeting will include discussion of the proposed Budget for South Tower. Any Lot owners wishing to attend MUST  NOTIFY  Ernst Body Corporate OR the on-site managers at least 24hrs prior to the meeting.

All Owners will receive Voting  and Nomination papers to elect a new committee in January so if anyone is interested to join in our small committee please send your nominations in to EBCM.

The AGM has been pencilled in for Wednesday  5.30pm on 2nd May 2012. ALL OWNERS are invited and you do not need to notify if you are coming. If you cannot make it can you complete, sign and forward the voting forms that will be sent to you 1 month prior to the Meeting so that the required number of Votes can be recorded for the meeting to be declared valid.

Next Meeting - Principal Body Corporate

Next meeting at 10am - Friday 20th January 2012. Please note:- This meeting is for the chairman of each Body Corporate only, no lot owners are allowed to attend this meeting.

NEW GYM EQUIPMENT

We are pleased to advise all our residents, that new Gym Equipment HAS ARRIVED with 2 NEW treadmills and a NEW multi station resistance machine. Just in time to get your body back in shape before Summer arrives.

Retractable Shade Blinds Approved for North Tower & Central Tower-

The Committees for all three Towers have confirmed a  Standard Conditions of Approval  for all residents wishing to install retractable shade awnings.  STRICT CRITERIA APPLY and approval must be sought from the Resident Managers prior to taking any action.  There is only ONE SUPPLIER, ONE STYLE and ONE COLOUR of blinds that can be installed. The blinds must be motorised & have a sensor  fitted to retract blinds automatically to avoid damage to the building.  Owners do not need to write to EBCM and wait for approval at a Committee meeting.
