About Us
Paul Kiehne: has 35 years as a carpenter, supervisor, builder, sales and most recently Queensland building manager for a public listed company. Paul utilizes his vast experience in Building and Sales to manage the Body Corporate issues and re-Sales of apartment and houses exclusively within Solito.
Christine Kiehne: 28 years of medical, building and Property Management. Christine manages the day-to-day operations and personally attend to all aspects of property management, investment and tenancies.
We aim to provide a professional, efficient and effective service by dedicating our time to the most important part of Solito – the resident owners, investors and tenants. We do this by contracting out the gardening, cleaning and pool maintenance and leaving us free to personally attend to all the Property Management, Sales and Body Corporate aspects of Solito.
